Clay Tredway has a diverse work experience spanning over several years and industries. Clay started their career at Yamco, a start-up facility in Snow Hill, NC, where they worked as a Plant Supervisor involved in the production of sweet potato puree for the baby food and baking industry. Clay then joined Landia Inc. as a Sales & Service Technician, where they were responsible for developing the company's service and spare parts sales department.
In 2011, Clay became a Regional Salesman at Feldmeier Equipment, covering the mid-Atlantic and southeast United States territories. Clay specialized in selling stainless steel and high alloy tanks, tubular heat exchangers, and skidded systems to various industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, personal care, chemical, food, dairy, beverage, spirits, and brewery.
Afterward, Clay worked at Rodem - Smart Sanitary Processes as an Outside Sales Representative, before joining WIKA Group as a Territory Sales Manager, initially focusing on North Carolina and later specializing in the Food & Pharma market segment. Clay eventually became the National Market Segment Specialist for Food & Pharma at WIKA Group.
Clay then moved on to Hydro, where they held multiple roles, including US Director of Business Development for the Life Sciences/Food & Beverage sector. Currently, Clay is serving as Hydro's Vice President of Sales & Marketing, leveraging their expertise and experience in design, construction, and installation.
Throughout their career, Clay Tredway has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and succeed in various market segments.
Clay Tredway received their Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2007.
