Jean Lapointe, CPA CA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Directeur principal - Comptabilité générale et États financiers and Divisional Controller at Hydro Québec since 2016. Prior to this role, Jean held various leadership positions at Bombardier from 1993 to 2015, including Vice President Finance for Business Aircraft and Engineering, Supply Chain, and Information Technology, as well as Director positions in Financial Reporting and General Accounting. Jean holds a Bachelor in Administration with a focus in Accounting from Université de Sherbrooke (1988-1991) and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the same institution (1985-1988).
