Fouad Koukane, MSc, PSM, is a seasoned Senior Functional Analyst with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving at ±á²â»å°ù´Ç-²Ï³Üé²ú±ð³¦ since September 2021, Koukane previously held the same position at VIA Rail Canada from February 2013 to August 2021. Koukane's expertise includes functional analysis, business analysis, and project management, with a notable tenure at CGI and National Bank of Canada, where roles encompassed IT analysis and quality assurance.
