Guillaume Paradis currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Distribution and Generation at Hydro Ottawa, with a tenure beginning in May 2017. Previous roles at Hydro Ottawa include Chief Electricity Distribution Officer and Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management. Prior to joining Hydro Ottawa, Guillaume Paradis worked at Toronto Hydro from October 2010 to April 2017 in various positions, including Director of Customer Offers and Sustainment, Manager of System Planning, and Supervisor of the Project Planning Center. Guillaume's professional journey began at CEATI International Inc., where Guillaume held the position of Program Manager for Transmission & Distribution from November 2007 to October 2010. Guillaume Paradis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned between 2004 and 2007.
