Olga Lusher is an experienced professional in workforce management and agent development, currently serving as the Manager of Contact Centre and Collections at Hydro One since April 2018. Prior to this role, Olga held various positions at TekSavvy Solutions Inc. from March 2011, including Agent Development Manager and Director of Agent Development and Analytics, where responsibilities included designing training programs, managing a Quality Assurance Program, and establishing a Workforce Management Department. Olga also served as the Director of Workforce at YA | Engage from June 2017 to April 2018, and worked as the Operations Support Center Manager at TeleTech London between 2005 and 2007, focusing on staffing forecasts and compliance.
