Kate Todd has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Starting their career in 2005 at KPMG Australia as an Assistant Advisor and Undergraduate, they later became an Assistant Manager and then an Associate Director. In 2012, they joined Marchment Hill Consulting as an Analyst Consultant. Kate then moved on to Southern Water as a Project Administrator for Water Metering from 2010 to 2012. Returning to KPMG Australia in 2014, they served as a Manager before becoming an Associate Director. Currently, they work at Hydro Tasmania, where they have held various positions including Business Improvement Leader, Manager of Program Portfolio, and currently the Head of the Asset Management Office.
Kate Todd completed their Bachelor of Business degree in Information Systems and Human Resource Management from the University of Tasmania. Kate attended the university from 2008 to 2013. In 2015, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Australia, completing it in 2016.
Kate also obtained several additional certifications. In 2014, they became a PRINCE2 Practitioner through APMG-International. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate IV in Competitive Systems & Practices from Productivity Improvers and became Dare to Lead trained through Dare to Leadâ„¢ Trained.
