Derek Weyand possesses extensive experience in the hydraulic industry, with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Hydraulex since 2012, Derek has also held the roles of Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager within the company. Prior to this, Derek worked at Attica Hydraulic Exchange/Hydraulex Global from 2005 to 2012 as an Electrical Controls Engineer and Department Lead. Derek began their career at Precision Edge Surgical Products as a Machine Programmer from 2003 to 2005. Derek holds an MBA in Production Operations Management and International Business from Oakland University, earned between 2006 and 2009, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Lake Superior State University, completed in 2005. Additionally, Derek obtained a certification from St. Clair TEC between 1998 and 2000.
