Dawn Wildes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Hydrapak, LLC since May 2022, Dawn previously held the position of Wholesale Customer Service Manager at Crocs from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Operations Manager at Exxel Outdoors and various positions in customer service from supervisor to representative. Additionally, Dawn operated a mobile yoga business, Growing Branches Yoga, from September 2012 to December 2017, offering classes for all ages and managing a team of instructors.
