Bob Guziak has an extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Robert (Bob) started their career as an Engineering Supervisor at Intec Systems, where they developed the first Implantable Cardioverter/Defibrillator. Robert (Bob) then worked as the Director of Engineering at Cardiac Pathways, where they led the development of Cardiac Ablation technology. Later, they joined Intella Interventional as the Director of Engineering, where they set up and managed the Engineering group for developing Electrical Steerable Guidewires for Angioplasty.

Bob also worked at AMETEK as the Manager of Sensor Engineering, where they oversaw the design of Pressure sensor technology for various applications. Robert (Bob) then joined Arrow Electronics as a Senior Developer, where they established the Reference design group to develop standard platforms for new technologies.

Afterwards, they worked at Advanced Bionics as a Senior Program Manager, focusing on developing Software for cochlear implants. Robert (Bob) then became a Medical Device Consultant, where they developed various medical technologies and wrote regulatory documents.

Bob's career also includes roles at companies such as CST Kavlico GmbH, Kavlico, and Hydra Electric, where they held positions such as Director of Industrial and Medical Sensor Engineering, Director of Engineering Aerospace Pressure Sensors, and Vice President of Engineering, respectively. Throughout their career, Bob has played a significant role in developing advanced sensor technologies for aerospace and medical applications, leading to the growth and success of the companies they worked for.

Robert (Bob) Guziak completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. Robert (Bob) then pursued further education and earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university in 1982.
