Kiran Ahmad, MS, RDN, currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC, overseeing the airport lounge operations since July 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Food Service Director for Aramark's Chicago Public Schools account and the Food Service Director position at Gourmet Gorilla, Inc., managing USDA-regulated food programs. Kiran has also contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Illinois Chicago, teaching Quantity Food Production and Food Service Management courses, and worked as a Registered Dietitian at Dietitians At Home, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy. Earlier experience includes a dietetic internship and various positions at Cargill in food manufacturing. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago.
