Raghavendra M has extensive experience in engineering, specifically in the field of Failure and Damage Tolerance (F&DT) analysis. Currently serving as an F&DT Stress Engineer at Hyde Group Engineering since December 2013, Raghavendra has previously held similar roles at Defiance Technologies Limited and FairTech Engineering Services Private Limited. Earlier in the career, Raghavendra worked as an Analysis Engineer at CADES and contributed to research as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science, focusing on Computational Dynamic Fracture Mechanics under Prof Dhirendra Kubair. Additionally, Raghavendra's career began as a Project Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories.
