Niki Singlaub is the founder of HYDAWAY® since June 2012, focusing on innovative product solutions. Previously served as Creative Director at Greystoke Product Solutions from March 2010 to March 2016, managing comprehensive product development processes. Niki held multiple roles at Ruff Wear from January 2005 to January 2010, including Director of Product Development, where new products contributed significantly to annual revenue, and Director of Marketing, enhancing brand awareness through strategic initiatives. Niki's career also includes experience as a Product Designer at Igneous Skis from 1997 to 2002 and as a Project Engineer at the Industrial Assessment Center from 1994 to 1997. Education includes an MBA in Management of Innovation and Technology from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
