Paula Malinowska is a UX Researcher with significant experience in digital product development and design, currently working at HYD since January 2022. In previous roles, Paula contributed to creating engaging dance spectacles with onOff spektakl and worked on enhancing charity accessibility through MyChariti. Internship experiences include UX research and design at UKBlackTech and Founders4Schools, focusing on improving user experiences for emerging technologies and educational platforms. Paula holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction Design from City, University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from London South Bank University.
