Marek Rychter has a diverse work experience in marketing and product management. Marek is currently working as the Head of Marketing at Hycom.digital starting from July 2023. Before that, they worked as a Growth Manager at Semcore from July 2021 to July 2023. Marek also has experience at Hushoffice, where they served as a Product Manager and then as a Manager of Marketing, handling communication strategy, product marketing, and B2B sales for Hush - acoustic office solutions. Marek Rychter completed their Master's degree in Marketing at the University of Lodz from 2005 to 2010. Marek then pursued a Postgraduate degree in IT in Business at the same university from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Marek has obtained several certifications. These include Agile Target Management - OKR Method and Kanban in Practice from Udemy in June 2021, Scrum Product Owner 2020 certificate of completion from Udemy in April 2021, and Certyfikowany Product Manager from Wydział Zarządzania Politechniki Warszawskiej in December 2020. Marek also completed a course on the fundamental principles of the Kanban approach, called Kanban I, from Udemy, although the exact date of completion is unknown.
