Jugal Patel's work experience includes various engineering roles across multiple companies. Jugal began their career in 2008 as an Electrical Design Engineer at EPV Solar, where they updated and revised designs on equipment used in producing solar panels. Jugal then moved on to Delmarva Power, where they worked as a Substation Engineer and later as a System Protection Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for equipment replacement, analyzing specifications, and project engineering.

In 2014, Jugal joined Thomas & Betts as a Product Engineer, where they developed product solutions for utility companies and provided technical assistance to internal customers.
