Swapna M. is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and business intelligence. Currently serving as Lead Data Engineer at Hyatt Hotels Corporation since March 2021, Swapna has previously held roles at Redbox, where responsibilities included Business Intelligence/Data Engineer and Senior Quality Engineer, from June 2011 to February 2021. Prior consulting experience includes working as a QA Analyst at Walgreens for a brief period in 2011 and serving as Programmer II at NORC at the University of Chicago from April 2004 to December 2007. Swapna holds a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida, completed in 2003, and a Bachelor’s degree from DVR College of Engineering JNTU, earned in 2001.
