Currently serving as Vice President of Global Contact Centers Operations for Hyatt Hotels Corporation since October 2019, Patricia has previously held significant roles, including Vice President at Marriott International and Vice President at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where tenure spanned two decades. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences degree from the National University of Singapore and GCE A Levels from Victoria Junior College.
