Ahmed Elayan has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where employment began in June 2004 and includes roles such as Technical Services Lead – Managed Services, IT Project Manager, and Global Telecommunications Analyst. Key responsibilities involve supporting hotel operations during takeovers, new openings, and systems upgrades, as well as managing the hotel’s Information Systems Department and various technologies, including Opera PMS, Micros POS, and network administration systems. Prior to Hyatt, Elayan worked at LINKdotNET from April 2002 to June 2004 in roles including Technical Support Engineer and Web Coordinator. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Applied Science University, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
