Roger Ribera is a Senior Software Engineer at NVIDIA since April 2022. Prior to this, Roger worked as a Lecturer at Hanyang University, teaching classes such as Digital Media Design, Virtual Reality, and Data Visualization. Roger also has experience as a Director of R&D at digitalidea, focusing on digital creature technologies and motion capture. With a background in research and development at KAIST, Roger worked on facial motion capture, sketch-based motion editing, and 2D to 3D conversion. Before that, as a Research Engineer at ETRI, Roger contributed to the "Depth Camera for 3DTV" project. Additionally, Roger served as the Head of Research and Development and later as Chief Research Scientist at Gulliver Studios, leading the development of digital humans and a pore-level 4D scanner.
