Rafiq Abdus-Sabur is a highly experienced professional with a strong focus on education, diversity, and technology. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of HXROIC since October 2024, Rafiq also holds the position of Justice, Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Officer at Reality Hack, Inc., which co-organizes the MIT Reality Hack. Previously, Rafiq was the Chief Education Officer at the Collaborative Online Robotics Platform and the Founder and CEO of NeuroVersal. Rafiq's experience includes senior consulting at Lighthouse DIG, and leadership roles at The Empowered Brain Institute and Brain Power LLC. Rafiq's educational background includes a Master of Education from Harvard University.
