Mark Licata is currently engaged in Space Mission Planning at HX5 Sierra, LLC since April 2023. Previously, at West Virginia University from August 2021 to December 2022, Mark served as a grader for the MAE 454 Machine Design and Manufacturing course, assisting students in their coursework and grading assignments. Additionally, Mark conducted research on the technologies of 3D printed foam and cold spray in a microgravity environment, with experiments flown on a ZeroG flight. Mark holds a dual degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University, achieved from 2018 to December 2022, and attended West Virginia Northern Community College from 2017 to 2018, as well as Weirton Madonna High School from 2014 to 2018.
