Larry McIntire is a seasoned professional in project management and construction oversight, currently serving as a Senior Resident Project Representative at HWC Engineering since February 2022. Prior to this role, Larry worked as a Construction Observer at Beam, Longest and Neff, LLC from March 2014 to February 2022, and as a Project Manager/Construction Manager as an Independent Contractor from April 2013 to March 2014. Larry has extensive experience managing design and construction projects for roadway systems, recreational trails, traffic signals, drainage, and site development, having held Project Manager positions at First Group Engineering from April 2006 to April 2013 and Banning Engineering from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Larry has a background in drafting for transportation projects at Woolpert (1994-1996) and McGillem (1984-1989). Larry holds an Associate's degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Ivy Tech Community College (1979-1981).
