David Balfe is an experienced accountant and finance professional, currently serving as Divisional Director at HWBC since October 2018, and previously holding roles such as Associate Director and Client Accountant. At HWBC, responsibilities include managing a portfolio of assets within the property management team and preparing financial reports for clients.
