Niki Everson has extensive experience in fire inspection and permitting within Florida's local government. Currently serving as a Senior Fire Inspector for the City of Eustis since August 2016, Niki previously held positions in the City of Mount Dora from November 2006 to August 2016 as a Permit Technician and Fire Inspector, and began a career in the field as a Permit Technician at the Lake County Building Department from July 2004 to November 2006. Niki is recognized for providing exceptional customer service and support in the intake, processing, and issuance of building permits.
