Henri Kotkavuori has worked in the culinary industry since 2006. Henri began their career as a Sous Chef for Royal Ravintolat Oy and then moved on to Cafe Paci as a Chef in 2013. In 2015, they joined NoHo Partners as an Executive Chef and in 2019, they held the same role at Hotel U14. Currently, they are the Head Chef at Huuva.
Henri Kotkavuori attended Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy from 2004 to 2006 where they studied Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Henri is currently attending JAMK University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General.
