Tyler Hutton is currently serving as an Associate Real Estate Manager at HUTTON since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Tax Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from September 2021 to January 2023, and as an International Tax Associate at PwC between October 2020 and September 2021. Tyler also gained legal experience as a Legal Intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court under Chief Judge Kennedy and at Hayabusa Asuka Law Offices in 2018, and a legal internship at HUTTON in 2017. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Senatorial Intern for Senator Bob Corker in 2013. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA from the Fogelman College of Business & Economics at the University of Memphis, a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a high school diploma from Baylor School.
