Shannon Watson is a dedicated Special Education Teacher currently working at Hutto ISD since June 2023, with a strong background in special education spanning over a decade. Prior experience includes teaching Resource ELAR for 6th and 7th graders at Red Oak ISD and instructing elementary students in Resource ELAR, Math, and Social Skills at Juneau Borough School District. Shannon has consistently developed and implemented IEPs and PLAAFs, advocating for students' individual needs throughout various roles including Special Education Teacher, Substitute Teacher, and Paraprofessional across multiple schools. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and has pursued alternatives in education through Texas Alternative Teacher certification.
