Alexis Rush currently serves as an Elementary Art Teacher at Hutto ISD since September 2020, following a brief role as an Instructional Assistant at Taylor ISD from August to October 2020. Prior to these positions, Alexis completed a Social Work Internship at Cristo Rey Oklahoma City Catholic High School, where responsibilities included addressing the social and emotional needs of students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma (2016-2020) and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Baylor University, expected to be completed in December 2023.
