Dave Blairon is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the IT and logistics sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at NPRC since January 2024 and as an IT Project Leader at ECT Rotterdam since October 2021, Dave's career also includes a significant tenure as a Change Manager at KPMG Sri Lanka until May 2023 and roles focusing on agile project management and enterprise portfolio management at Portbase from 2008 to 2020. Dave has a strong background in ensuring efficient container handling and project execution, demonstrated through successful collaborations with various stakeholders in the logistics chain. Dave holds a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1992.
