Joey Martin has extensive work experience in various engineering and coaching roles. Donald "Joey" is currently working as an Application Engineer at Hussey Seating Company since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SharkNinja from September 2018 to April 2022, first as a Test Engineer and then as a Test Engineer Contractor. In these roles, they developed tests for new and existing products, built testing apparatus, and executed exploratory testing.

Before their time at SharkNinja, Joey worked as a Project Engineer at Intermat from May 2017 to August 2018. Donald "Joey" also has experience as an Assistant Football Coach at Hermon High School from June 2013 to March 2017, where they assisted with coaching defense and offense, as well as with personnel management and play calling.

Furthermore, Joey has gained experience as a Mechanical Intern at The Lane Construction Corporation in 2016, where they worked in the engineering department and performed design work, assisted the mechanical supervisor, and performed general labor and equipment operation using AutoCAD. Donald "Joey" also worked as a laborer and carpenter at Heat Pumps Unlimited, LLC in 2015.

Donald "Joey" Martin pursued their education from 2013 to 2017 at the University of Maine, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
