David Barrass has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. David is currently the Managing Director at Hushoffice, where they design and manufactures acoustic solutions to create productive workspaces. Prior to this, they held various roles at Haworth, including Vice President PLM, Engineering & Sustainability International, International Director of Product Line Management & Engineering, Director Product Line Management (PLM) - Europe, and Product Marketing Director for Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa. David also worked as a Commercial Director at Colebrook Bosson Saunders, overseeing product management, sales support, and finance departments. David started their career as the Head of Operations at Progressive Sports Technologies and later became the Product Development Technical Manager at Dunlop Sports, where they managed and developed technical and new product innovations.

David Barrass earned a BSc in Sports Technology from Loughborough University between 2000 and 2003. David then pursued a PhD in the use of Rapid Manufacturing for customization of sports grips at the same university, completing it between 2003 and 2007.
