Virginia M. began their career in 1995 as a Senior PA/DBA at Walt Disney, where they successfully implemented key projects in a fast-paced environment and engineered a Rights, Availability, Distribution, Acquisitions, and Reporting Decision Support System. In 2006, they moved to Rovi as Manager of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for making data delivery of television guidance and recommendations happen on a worldwide scale. In 2010, Virginia became a Consultant at Bank of America Home Loans, providing services in the area of Business Intelligence and Warehousing. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Solutions Architect and Consultant at Gatekeeper Systems and as a Manager at Firm Solutions, Inc., helping clients with their business needs. In 2013, they founded Hush Hush, a workbench of data masking products based on innovative patent-pending technology. From 2014 to 2015, Virginia worked as an Adjunct Professor and Industrial Liaison Committee Member for the Department of Computer Science at California State University, Northridge. Virginia then moved to Fidotek Corporation as CTO in 2015.
Virginia M. obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge in 2003.
