Matt Schmitz has held various roles in the engineering field. Matt started their career at Bobcat Company as a Test Engineering Co-op, where they developed automated machine life tests using PLC and ladder diagram programming. In 2010, they joined Husco as a Design Engineer, focusing on the development of hydraulic control valves for automotive applications. Matt later progressed to roles such as Project Engineer, Engineering Program Manager, Manager of NPI, and Director of Engineering Programs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Program Engineering at Husco.
