Dusten Baas is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Husco since July 2022, Dusten previously held the position of Manufacturing Quality Engineer at GE Aviation from May 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading internal audits and managing root cause analysis. Prior experience as Quality Control Lead at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles involved overseeing the Quality Control Pillar in World Class Manufacturing, emphasizing team coaching and kaizen reviews. Dusten's career began as a Lab Technician at Whirlpool Corporation and included managing a mobile phone service center at Wireless-land. Dusten earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and Michigan Technological University.
