Duilio Guetti's work experience starts in 2009 as an Informatic Assistant at Università Politecnica delle Marche. In 2012, they become a Sales Engineer at GreenTech srl, where they coordinate teams and projects and designs innovative systems for dishwashers and electricity-free refrigerators. In 2013, they do a Research Internship at MBU - Institute of Microbiology. In 2015, they join Bosch Rexroth as a Technical Sales Engineer and later becomes a Logistic Planner at ExxonMobil. In 2016, they return to Bosch Rexroth as a Sales Product Specialist and then as an Industrial Hydraulics OEM Sales Engineer. In 2018, they become an Industrial Hydraulics OEM Territory Manager, landing significant business sales and expanding the portfolio. Finally, in 2019, they start working at Husco as a Regional Sales Account Manager, responsible for building relationships, developing sales plans, and maintaining contracts. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales and Business Development (Italy) at Husco.

Duilio Guetti completed their education as follows:

- From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School.

- Duilio obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Energy, biodiesel from Università Politecnica delle Marche, from 2012 to 2015.

- In 2014, they participated in a program on Startup Management and Economia aziendale/manageriale at Mind the Bridge Foundation.

- From 2009 to 2011, they earned a Master's degree in Ingegneria meccanica from Università Politecnica delle Marche.

- In 2009, as part of an Erasmus program, they studied Ingegneria meccanica at Instituto Superior Técnico.

- In 2004, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria meccanica from Università Politecnica delle Marche.

Duilio also has additional certifications in Sales, Oleodinamica avanzata per applicazioni industriali, Oleodinamica Industriale, Product Manager, English (C1 level), Portuguese Language for Foreign Ects Grade B2, Energy Efficiency, and Hydraulic.
