Luca Bernasconi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Luca began their career at Associati Globe as an Account Supervisor, where they assisted the Senior Manager Partner and managed the diversification of the Chesterfield brand for Philip Morris. Luca then joined Young&Rubicam Milano as an Account Supervisor, working on key clients such as Barilla, Colgate Palmolive, Kraft, and Arena. At Young&Rubicam Milano, they played a pivotal role in the successful consumer promotion "Le porcellane di Barilla" and led the redesign of the entire line of Pasta Barilla.
Afterwards, Luca joined Publicis as an Account Director, handling the largest client, Renault, and overseeing international communication projects for British Airways. Luca then moved to DLV BBDO as the Chief Operating Officer, where they managed the setup of BBDO brands in Rome, resolved conflicts among automotive clients, and started up Instinct Italy, an agency of the Omnicom Network. During their tenure, the agency's growth increased significantly from 4 to 30 employees.
In 2011, Luca founded their own company, Metaphora la Factory di Alphahomega, where they currently serve as the Owner and Senior Partner. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Strategy & Communication at Hurry!. More recently, in 2019, Luca became a Teacher at IED Roma. throughout their career, Luca has demonstrated a strategic mindset and a strong expertise in communication and brand management.
Luca Bernasconi completed their education at Università Bocconi from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they obtained a laurea degree in the field of Marketing.
