Michael Bauer is an experienced IT professional specializing in information security and systems administration. Currently serving as a Splunk Administrator at Hurricane Labs since September 2022, Michael has held various roles that include Co-Owner/Member Manager at BauerHoldings LLC since April 2014, and Sr Security Engineer at Malwarebytes from April 2022 to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Information Security Officer at DLL, Information Security Analyst at Meredith Corporation, and CyberSpace Defense Operations within the Air National Guard. Michael began a career in operations with the United States Air Force as an Operations Controller before transitioning to cybersecurity roles.
