Andrew Flach currently serves as an Outward Bound Professional at both the North Carolina Outward Bound School and the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, providing logistical support and facilitation for programs focused on teamwork and leadership development. Additionally, Andrew holds the position of Resilience Team USA at the Resilience Institute. As a longtime trustee of The Hatherleigh Foundation, Andrew contributes to global non-profit efforts in health, environment, education, and peace. In publishing, Andrew is the publisher at Hatherleigh Press, Ltd., which prioritizes healthy living content. Andrew's extensive community involvement includes serving as president of The Hatherleigh Company, Ltd., and holding board positions with Delaware Opportunities, Inc., and previously as board chairperson of Project Independence Inc. Andrew's educational background includes a degree from Vassar College and a certificate in Risk Management for Outdoor Programs from Viristar.
