Ioan Stefan Soare has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ioan Stefan started their career as a Junior Advisor at AMFIS LIMITED in 2012, where they focused on legal and business development in Europe. In 2013, they joined UBS as a Financial Securities Specialist, working in data management, accounting, and investment reporting. Ioan Stefan later took on the role of Deputy Head of Tax Reporting France Services before leaving UBS in 2015.

In 2015, Ioan joined Kieger AG as the Manager of Data Services in the Portfolio Solutions Group. Ioan Stefan then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst in Portfolio Solutions and eventually became the Head of Investment Operations.
