Kristin Kline, PHR, SHRM-CP, CQA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Huron Area Center for Independence since January 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of Administrative Services Officer - Director of HR at Center for Independence from August 1994 to January 2021, overseeing Human Resources for a workforce of 250 individuals. Kristin’s experience also includes the role of Staff Development Manager, responsible for coordinating staff training and managing the hiring process within the same agency. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Social Science Teacher Education from Northern State University between 1989 and 1993 and holds a Master's Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of South Dakota.
