Minal Pathak has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being at HurixDigital as a Sales and Marketing Specialist starting in February 2023. Before that, they worked at Tata Communications Limited for 4 years as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, Minal managed the entire life cycle for enterprise customers, maintained and increased revenue, conducted meetings to resolve issues, and built strong relationships with clients. Prior to that, they worked at First Advantage as a Team Lead from 2007 to 2017. Minal's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive at Atlas Documentary Facilitators Private Limited from 2003 to 2007.

Minal Pathak started their education journey in 2000 at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a major in Accountancy. Minal completed this program in 2003. After a significant gap in their education, Minal resumed their studies in 2017 at ITM University, Raipur. During this time, they focused on acquiring a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in General Management. Minal successfully completed their MBA program in 2018.
