Gemma Mariotti AMInstLM has worked in various roles since 2011. Gemma started as an Office Administrator at Albemarle Asset Management Ltd, where they performed general administrative duties, answered phones, and filed. In 2011, they also worked as a Census Collector at the Office for National Statistics, visiting households to collect completed Census forms, encouraging and assisting households in completion of Census forms, and providing information on the Census as a whole including information on anonymity. From 2013 to 2020, Gemma worked as a Candidate Engagement & Resourcing Manager at Just IT Training and Apprenticeships, connecting people with careers in tech and management roles through apprenticeships, training programmes and recruitment services. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Huq Industries since 2022.

Gemma Mariotti AMInstLM has an extensive educational background. Gemma completed a Foundation in Art and Design from Ravensbourne University London between 2007 and 2008. Gemma then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Photography from the University of the Arts London between 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, they attended The Latymer School between 1998 and 2006. In 2018, they obtained a Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship from the Institute for Apprenticeships and an ILM Level 3 Diploma for Managers from The Institute of Leadership & Management.
