Jean Neo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and business development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Hupo since May 2022, Jean has previously held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the APAC Prime Brokerage division, focusing on capital strategy and introduction from November 2017 to May 2022. Prior to that, Jean worked at Bloomberg LP in various roles within business development and sales, engaging with hedge funds and family offices from October 2013 to October 2017. Early career experience includes internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore and Bloomberg LP, as well as a marketing communications internship at Marina Bay Sands. Jean holds a dual degree in Business Management and Banking and Financial Support Services, with additional studies in Psychology from Singapore Management University, complemented by education at HEC Paris and Raffles Institution.
