Peter Stroot, PhD, is a seasoned professional in environmental engineering with extensive experience in research and development, project management, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Huntwood Industries since May 2017, Peter has utilized advanced technical tools such as SSMS, Power BI, and Azure DevOps to enhance data management and reporting. Previous roles include System Integration Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Managing Member at Glixin, where Peter demonstrated leadership in innovation and secured patents in blood oxidative stress measurement. With a strong academic background, including a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Peter has successfully led significant projects, secured substantial research funding, and implemented cost-effective technologies in wastewater treatment. Additionally, Peter actively supports community initiatives as a volunteer with the Ridgeline High School Falcon Boosters.
