Ricky Anderholm, PE, CRL has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Ricky started their career with ExxonMobil in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer, where they supported various refinery facilities and initiated a capital project for installing thermal relief systems. In 2011, Ricky joined Huntsman Corporation as a Mechanical Engineer, responsible for maintenance of fixed and rotating equipment. Ricky utilized Compress software to improve fixed equipment reliability and implemented an ultrasonic bolt inspection program.
In 2016, Ricky was promoted to Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Huntsman Corporation and led a plant-wide pump reliability effort. Through the use of the Pareto principle and Root Cause Analysis, they successfully improved pump reliability from 13 months MTBF to 54 months MTBF. Ricky also developed key performance indicators for rotating equipment reporting.
Throughout their career, Ricky has consistently demonstrated their expertise in mechanical engineering and reliability.
Ricky Anderholm, PE, CRL obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University in 2008. Ricky has also obtained various certifications, including Aboveground Storage Tanks Inspector Certification (API 653) from API - American Petroleum Institute in 2022, Certified Reliability Leader from Association of Asset Management Professionals in 2021, and Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in 2012. Additionally, they hold certifications in API 510 - Pressure Vessel Inspector (2018), API 570 - Piping Inspector (2015), API 571 - Corrosion and Materials (2014), and API 580 - Risk Based Inspection (2013), all from API - American Petroleum Institute.
