Manu Widge has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. From 2014 to present, they have held various roles at Huntsman Corporation, including Head of Talent Acquisition for the APACI region and Global Employer Branding Lead, Head of Talent Acquisition for Southeast Asia and South Asia, and Head of Talent Acquisition for South Asia, Middle East, and Turkey. Manu also served as the Lead Talent Acquisition for the Global COE from 2014 to 2018.
Prior to their time at Huntsman Corporation, Manu Widge worked at Lupin from 2012 to 2014 as a Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for setting up talent acquisition processes, designing policy frameworks, and leading assessment programs for the India Business. Manu also served as the Human Resource Business Partner for 5 SBUs in India and worked closely with senior leadership on HR IT projects.
From 2010 to 2012, Manu Widge worked at Axis Asset Management Company Ltd. as a Deputy Manager of Human Resources. Manu then moved to Essar in 2009, where they served as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources.
Manu Widge's career began at Future Group in 2007, where they started as a Management Trainee at the Corporate Office and was promoted to Senior Executive of Human Resources within 9 months. At Future Group, they gained experience in HR operations, HRIS, induction and onboarding programs, performance management, talent acquisition, and internal job posting programs.

Manu Widge completed their MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Amity University between 2005 and 2007.
