Diane Ziman has significant work experience in the HR field. Diane started their career at ICI, where they held various management positions from 1989 to 2003. Diane then joined Huntsman in 2003 as a Senior HR Manager and later became the HR Manager for the Americas region. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Global HRIS & Mobility Manager at Huntsman, responsible for implementing and supporting the "Workday" system and managing global mobility programs. In 2014, they were promoted to Director HR Global Systems & Services, and in 2020, they became the Director HR Global Systems, Services & Talent Acquisition, leading the delivery of HR services and driving operational excellence in talent acquisition and HRIS technology platforms across Huntsman's global organization.
Diane Ziman obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Diane then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Chartered Institute of Mechanical Engineers, resulting in a C Eng. qualification. Later, Diane furthered their education in the field of HR, earning a degree in Human Resources (MCIPD) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Their educational journey continued with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at SHRM, where they obtained an SPHR certification.
