Amanda Hagen is a Senior Engineer at Huntsman, a position held since September 2014. Prior to this role, Amanda completed a PhD at Texas A&M University, focusing on polymer nanocomposites under the guidance of Jaime Grunlan. The dissertation research centered on developing materials for nanostructured thin films that provide anti-flammable properties for cotton fabric and polyurethane foam. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Millsaps College, obtained in 2010.
