Payal Bhatia is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions since March 2017, Payal leads various HR functions and is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies across multiple segments. Previously, Payal worked at iEnergizer from July 2015 to May 2016, initially as an Assistant Manager Human Resources and then as a Senior HR Executive, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, employee engagement, and process improvements. Payal began their career as an HR Executive at DigiCall Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. from July 2014 to July 2015.
