Alona Girey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Lead at Hunters since January 2022, overseeing all people aspects across tech and non-tech business units in Israel, the EU, and the US. Previously, Alona worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sparks AB, where contributions included developing a buddy program for onboarding. Alona's earlier roles include HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition at Hotelbeds, managing the entire hiring process for tech positions, and playing a key role in scaling the company during a period of rapid growth. Alona began the career as an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at TGS and also served as an HR Generalist & Administration. Alona holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from MLA - The Center of Academic Studies, obtained in 2013.
